GASKET FOR WINDOWS AND DOORS AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a gasket for windows and doors and a manufacturing method thereof, more specifically, to a gasket for windows and doors, having excellent slip properties to be applied to sliding windows and doors, and exhibiting excellent mechanical intensity, ozone resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance to be used without damages for a long time, and a manufacturing method for the gasket for windows and doors. To this end, the manufacturing method for the gasket for windows and doors comprises the steps of: preparing a composition including synthetic rubber; inserting the composition including synthetic rubber into an extruder, and then high-pressure extruding the same into a predetermined shape to manufacture a gasket; stacking a thermoplastic resin film to the gasket; and heat treating the gasket having the thermoplastic resin film stacked thereon to obtain a gasket for windows and doors.
본 발명은 창호용 가스켓 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 슬립성이 우수하여 슬라이딩 창호에 적용이 가능하면서도, 우수한 기계적 강도, 내오존성, 내화학성 및 내후성을 나타내어 장기간 파손 없이 사용이 가능한 창호용 가스켓 및 상기 창호용 가스켓 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해, 상기 창호용 가스켓 제조방법은, 합성고무를 포함하는 조성물을 준비하는 단계; 사출기에 상기 합성고무를 포함하는 조성물을 투입한 뒤 소정의 모양으로 고압 사출하여 가스켓을 제조하는 단계; 상기 가스켓에 열가소성 수지 필름을 적층하는 단계; 및 상기 열가소성 수지 필름이 적층된 가스켓을 열처리하여 창호용 가스켓을 수득하는 단계;를 포함한다.
