APPARATUS FOR FORMING GASKET GROOVE OF THE WINDOWS AND DOORS
An apparatus to form gasket grooves on windows and doors is provided to form two different types of gasket grooves using a single apparatus, with improved productivity by increasing a forming speed for the gasket grooves using a high frequency motor. According to the present invention, the apparatus comprises: a first high frequency motor having a roller to form a first gasket groove of an embossing shape on a contact surface with a window frame along a longitudinal movement of the window frame; at least one second high frequency motor having a blade to form a second gasket groove on two opposing surfaces of the first gasket groove by expanding a portion of an inner surface; and a control device to control the first and second high frequency motors. The manufacturing efficiency is improved by automatically mounting the width direction gasket by simply pushing the same upon manufacturing the window frame, except for the case of engaging the gasket in a longitudinal direction due to the gasket shape. With a pair of processing means (the high frequency motors) to form the gasket groove on two opposing surfaces of the gasket groove of a predefined embossing shape by expanding a portion of the inner surface, the gasket grooves can be formed even when one of the motors is out of order and the motors can compensate for the faults in the gasket grooves for completion.
본 발명은 하나의 장비를 이용하여 서로 다른 두 가지 종류의 가스켓 홈을 가공할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 고주파 모터를 이용하여 가스켓 홈의 형성 속도를 높여 생산성을 향상할 수 있게 한 창호의 가스켓 홈 형성 장치를 제공하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 특히, 본 발명은 두 가지 가스켓 중에서 창호 프레임의 폭 방향으로 눌러서 장착하는 가스켓을 자동으로 장착할 수 있게 구성함으로써, 가스켓의 형상 때문에 창호 프레임의 길이 방향으로 끼워야 하는 경우를 제외하고 창호 프레임의 제작과 더불어 자동으로 가스켓을 장착할 수 있게 하여 제조 효율을 높일 수 있게 한 창호의 가스켓 홈 형성 장치를 제공하는 데 다른 목적이 있다. 그리고, 본 발명은 미리 정한 요홈 형태로 가공한 가스켓 홀의 양측 면 중에서 안쪽의 일부를 확장하여 가스켓 홀을 가공하는 가공 수단(고주파 모터)을 한 쌍으로 구성함으로써, 어느 하나가 고장이 나더라도 다른 하나로 가스켓 홀을 형성할 수 있고, 특히 어느 하나가 완전하게 가스켓 홀을 가공하지 못하더라도 이를 보정할 수 있게 하여 제품의 품질을 높일 수 있게 한 창호의 가스켓 홈 형성 장치를 제공하는 데 또 다른 목적이 있다.
