ASSEMBLING DECK FRAME USING WOOD INSTALLER
The present invention relates to an assembly deck frame using a wooden installer, which is easily and quickly installed and dismantled through a bolted coupling structure of frames, facilitates the reuse and recycling of the dismantled frames, and minimizes internal corrosion caused by condensation due to the application of U-shaped steel. The assembly deck frame comprises: a plurality of orthogonal frames bent in an U-shape to open the top and having a plurality of first coupling holes penetrating both sides and the bottom surface at the front, the rear, and the center, and arranged orthogonally along a walkway; and a plurality of wooden installers, each having a flat cubic top surface made of wooden material and fit inside the orthogonal frames, wherein a deck can be mounted on the top surface.
본 발명은 프레임과 프레임이 볼트 결합 구조로 이루어져 설치 및 해체가 간편하면서 신속하게 이루어질 수 있고 해체된 프레임의 재사용 및 재활용이 가능해지도록 하며 유자형 강재를 적용하여 결로에 의한 내부 부식이 최소화되도록 하는 목재설치구를 이용한 조립식 데크 프레임에 관한 것으로, 본 조립식 데크 프레임은 상부가 개방되게 유자형으로 절곡되어 형성되고, 선단과 후단 및 중앙의 양측면과 하면을 관통하여 다수의 제1 체결공이 형성되며, 보행로를 따라 직교되게 배치되는 다수의 직교 프레임과; 상면이 평평한 사각 입방체의 목재 재질로 형성되고, 상기 직교 프레임의 내측에 끼워지며, 상면에 데크가 장착될 수 있는 다수의 목재설치구를; 포함한다.
