SOUNDPROOF PANEL BRACKET
The present invention relates to a supporter (50) for fixing a soundproofing panel (20) to a pole in a soundproofing facility of a soundproofing wall or a soundproofing tunnel or the like, in which a plurality of soundproofing panels (20) are mounted on a beam pole to form a wall or a tunnel, comprising: an attachment plate (51) attached to a web (11); a pressing plate (52), which is a vertical plate bonded perpendicularly to the attachment plate (51); and a supporting plate (53), which is a horizontal plate bonded perpendicularly to the attachment plate (51) and the pressing plate (52), wherein the attachment plate (51) is attached to the web (11), the surface of the pressing plate (52) on the side of the supporting plate (53) adheres closely to a frame (21) of the soundproofing panel (20), and the lower end of the frame (21) of the soundproofing panel (20) is held on the upper surface of the supporting plate (53). According to the present invention, in a soundproofing facility having a plurality of soundproofing panels (20) stacked thereon, the self-gravity of an upper soundproofing panel (20) can be distributed efficiently, thereby reducing a burden applied to a lower soundproofing panel (20), and preventing the soundproofing panels (20) from being deformed and damaged.
본 발명은 형강 지주에 다수의 방음판(20)이 장착되어 벽체 또는 터널을 형성하는 방음벽 또는 방음터널 등의 방음 시설에서 방음판(20)을 지주에 고정하는 지지구(50)에 관한 것으로, 웨브(11)에 부착되는 부착판(51)과, 부착판(51)에 직교 접합되는 수직판인 압박판(52)과, 부착판(51) 및 압박판(52)에 직교 접합되는 수평판인 지지판(53)으로 구성되어, 부착판(51)은 웨브(11)에 부착되고, 압박판(52)의 지지판(53)측 표면은 방음판(20)의 프레임(21)에 밀착되며, 지지판(53)의 상면에는 방음판(20)의 프레임(21) 하단이 거치되는 것이다. 본 발명을 통하여, 다수의 방음판(20)이 적층되는 방음시설에 있어서, 상부 방음판(20)의 자중을 효율적으로 배분할 수 있으며, 이로써 하부 방음판(20)에 가해지는 부담을 경감하고, 방음판(20)의 변형 및 파손을 방지할 수 있다.
