HINGE UNIT AND HEAVY WEIGHT DOOR HAVING THE SAME
The present invention provides a hinge unit stably supporting a heavy-weight door having heavy weight and allowing the heavy-weight door to be normally opened/closed, and a heavy-weight door having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hinge unit may comprise: a first body part provided at a lower edge of the heavy-weight door; a second body part provided at a lower part of the first body part; a hinge pin having an upper end inserted into the first body part and a lower part inserted into the second body part; a first bearing provided between the hinge pin and the second body part; and a second bearing provided between the hinge pin and the second body part to be positioned at a lower part of the first bearing, wherein the first bearing and the second bearing are provided to rotatably support the lower part of the hinge pin in a state of being fixed to the second body part so that the hinge pin and the first body part are integrally rotatable.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 힌지 유닛은, 중량물 도어의 하부 모서리에 마련되는 제1 몸체부; 상기 제1 몸체부의 하부에 마련되는 제2 몸체부; 상단은 상기 제1 몸체부에 삽입되고 하단은 상기 제2 몸체부에 삽입되는 힌지핀; 상기 힌지핀과 상기 제2 몸체부 사이에 마련되는 제1 베어링; 및 상기 제1 베어링의 하부에 위치하도록 상기 힌지핀과 상기 제2 몸체부 사이에 마련되는 제2 베어링;을 포함하며, 상기 힌지핀 및 상기 제1 몸체부가 일체로 회전 가능하도록 상기 제1 베어링 및 상기 제2 베어링은 상기 제2 몸체부에 고정된 상태로 상기 힌지핀의 하부를 회전 지지하도록 마련될 수 있다.

The present invention provides a hinge unit stably supporting a heavy-weight door having heavy weight and allowing the heavy-weight door to be normally opened/closed, and a heavy-weight door having the same. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the hinge unit may comprise: a first body part provided at a lower edge of the heavy-weight door; a second body part provided at a lower part of the first body part; a hinge pin having an upper end inserted into the first body part and a lower part inserted into the second body part; a first bearing provided between the hinge pin and the second body part; and a second bearing provided between the hinge pin and the second body part to be positioned at a lower part of the first bearing, wherein the first bearing and the second bearing are provided to rotatably support the lower part of the hinge pin in a state of being fixed to the second body part so that the hinge pin and the first body part are integrally rotatable.
