HINGE ASSEMBLY FOR HEAVY WEIGHT DOOR
The present invention discloses a hinge assembly for a heavy weight door which is installed between a heavy weight door (10) and a door frame (20) and supports the heavy weight door (10) such that the heavy weight door (10) may be opened and closed forwards and rearwards, the hinge assembly including: a fixed plate (110), which is fixed and mounted on the door frame (20) and in which a first hinge shaft (111) and a second hinge shaft (112), which stand uprights, are mounted on both front and rear sides thereof; a first link (120), which is disposed to face the fixed plate (110) laterally and in which a third hinge shaft (121) and a fourth hinge shaft (122), which stand uprights, are mounted on both front and rear sides thereof; a second link (130), one side of which is shaft-coupled to the first hinge shaft (111) and the other side of which is disposed between the fixed plate (110) and the first link (120) to be shaft-coupled to the third hinge shaft (121); a third link (140), one side of which is shaft-coupled to the second hinge shaft (112) and the other side of which is disposed between the fixed plate (110) and the first link (122) to be shaft-coupled to the fourth hinge shaft (121); and a pivot plate (150), which is fixed and mounted on the heavy weight door (10) and one side of which is shaft-coupled to the third hinge shaft (121) such that the other side thereof is pivoted forwards and rearwards. According to the present invention, the hinge assembly can be installed between the heavy weight door and the door frame to support the load of the heavy weight door and a door opening/closing operation can be guided by rotating the heavy weight door forwards to open the heavy weight door and rotating the heavy weight door rearwards to close the heavy weight door.
본 발명에 따르면, 고중량도어(10)와 도어프레임(20) 사이에 설치되어 고중량도어(10)를 전후로 여닫도록 지지하는 고중량도어용 힌지조립체에 있어서, 상기 도어프레임(20)에 고정장착되고 전후의 양측에는 직립한 제1힌지축(111)과 제2힌지축(112)이 장착된 고정플레이트(110); 상기 고정플레이트(110)와 측방으로 대향배치되며 전후의 양측에는 직립한 제3힌지축(121)과 제4힌지축(122)이 장착된 제1링크(120); 일측은 제1힌지축(111)에 축결합되고 타측은 제3힌지축(121)에 축결합되도록 고정플레이트(110)와 제1링크(120) 사이에 배치되는 제2링크(130); 일측은 제2힌지축(112)에 축결합되고 타측은 제4힌지축(122)에 축결합되도록 고정플레이트(110)와 제1링크(120) 사이에 배치되는 제3링크(140); 및 상기 고중량도어(10)에 고정장착되고 일측은 제3힌지축(121)에 축결합되어 타측이 전후로 회동동작하는 회동플레이트(150);를 포함하는 고중량도어용 힌지조립체이 개시된다.

The present invention discloses a hinge assembly for a heavy weight door which is installed between a heavy weight door (10) and a door frame (20) and supports the heavy weight door (10) such that the heavy weight door (10) may be opened and closed forwards and rearwards, the hinge assembly including: a fixed plate (110), which is fixed and mounted on the door frame (20) and in which a first hinge shaft (111) and a second hinge shaft (112), which stand uprights, are mounted on both front and rear sides thereof; a first link (120), which is disposed to face the fixed plate (110) laterally and in which a third hinge shaft (121) and a fourth hinge shaft (122), which stand uprights, are mounted on both front and rear sides thereof; a second link (130), one side of which is shaft-coupled to the first hinge shaft (111) and the other side of which is disposed between the fixed plate (110) and the first link (120) to be shaft-coupled to the third hinge shaft (121); a third link (140), one side of which is shaft-coupled to the second hinge shaft (112) and the other side of which is disposed between the fixed plate (110) and the first link (122) to be shaft-coupled to the fourth hinge shaft (121); and a pivot plate (150), which is fixed and mounted on the heavy weight door (10) and one side of which is shaft-coupled to the third hinge shaft (121) such that the other side thereof is pivoted forwards and rearwards. According to the present invention, the hinge assembly can be installed between the heavy weight door and the door frame to support the load of the heavy weight door and a door opening/closing operation can be guided by rotating the heavy weight door forwards to open the heavy weight door and rotating the heavy weight door rearwards to close the heavy weight door.
본 발명에 따르면, 고중량도어(10)와 도어프레임(20) 사이에 설치되어 고중량도어(10)를 전후로 여닫도록 지지하는 고중량도어용 힌지조립체에 있어서, 상기 도어프레임(20)에 고정장착되고 전후의 양측에는 직립한 제1힌지축(111)과 제2힌지축(112)이 장착된 고정플레이트(110); 상기 고정플레이트(110)와 측방으로 대향배치되며 전후의 양측에는 직립한 제3힌지축(121)과 제4힌지축(122)이 장착된 제1링크(120); 일측은 제1힌지축(111)에 축결합되고 타측은 제3힌지축(121)에 축결합되도록 고정플레이트(110)와 제1링크(120) 사이에 배치되는 제2링크(130); 일측은 제2힌지축(112)에 축결합되고 타측은 제4힌지축(122)에 축결합되도록 고정플레이트(110)와 제1링크(120) 사이에 배치되는 제3링크(140); 및 상기 고중량도어(10)에 고정장착되고 일측은 제3힌지축(121)에 축결합되어 타측이 전후로 회동동작하는 회동플레이트(150);를 포함하는 고중량도어용 힌지조립체이 개시된다.
