LONG SPAN TURNING TYPE FLOODGATE FOR PREVENTING BACKFLOW OF FOREIGN SUBSTANCE
A long-span type conductive movable weir, which prevents the influx of foreign materials, is disclosed. The long-span type conductive movable weir, which includes: a gate frame (10) arranged across a river; a rectangular gate leaf (20) arranged to be rotatable by a lower end thereof being link-connected to the gate frame; a plurality of cylinder brackets (30) installed on the rear bottom surface of the gate leaf in parallel at regular intervals; a cylinder (40) link-connected to the cylinder brackets to be rotatable, and including a rod (42) drawn in and out; and a link part (50) installed on the upper rear of the gate leaf, and opening and closing the gate leaf by the rod (42), which is link-connected and drawn in and out of the cylinder, through the operation of the cylinder, comprises: a cover plate (100) which is formed in a rectangular shape to cover the lower rear surface of the gate leaf, and of which the top is hinge-coupled to the rear surface of the gate leaf to be vertically rotatable and the bottom is in close contact with the bottom surface to be movable back and forth as the gate leaf is opened and closed; and a water-repellent rubber plate (200) which is formed long laterally on the front side of the cover plate and protrudes forward to prevent foreign materials from entering the rear side of the gate leaf during the opening and closing of the gate leaf. Therefore, the conductive movable weir can prevent damage to the gate due to foreign materials.
본 발명은 하천을 가로지르는 방향으로 배치되는 문틀(10)과, 상기 문틀에 하단부가 링크결합되어 회동가능하도록 배치되는 장방형의 문비(20)와, 상기 문비의 후방 바닥면에 일정 간격으로 나란하게 설치되는 복수의 실린더용 브라켓(30)과, 상기 실린더용 브라켓에 링크 결합되어 회동가능하도록 배치되며 내부로 인입 및 인출되는 로드(42)가 구비되는 실린더(40)와, 상기 문비의 후면 상부에 설치되며 상기 실린더에서 인입 및 인출되는 로드(42)가 링크 결합되어 실린더의 구동에 의해 문비를 개폐하는 링크부(50)를 포함하는 장스팬타입의 전도식 가동보에 있어서, 상기 문비의 후면 하부를 덮도록 장방형으로 형성되되, 상단부는 상기 문비의 후면에 상하로 회동가능하도록 힌지 결합되고 하단부는 상기 문비가 개폐됨에 따라 바닥면에 밀착되어 전후로 이동되도록 설치되는 커버판(100)과, 상기 문비가 개페되는 과정에서 문비의 후면으로 이물질이 유입되지 않게 밀폐되도록 상기 커버판의 전면에 좌우로 길게 형성되며 전방으로 돌출 형성되는 지수고무판(200);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질의 유입을 방지하는 장스팬타입의 전도식 가동보를 개시한다.

A long-span type conductive movable weir, which prevents the influx of foreign materials, is disclosed. The long-span type conductive movable weir, which includes: a gate frame (10) arranged across a river; a rectangular gate leaf (20) arranged to be rotatable by a lower end thereof being link-connected to the gate frame; a plurality of cylinder brackets (30) installed on the rear bottom surface of the gate leaf in parallel at regular intervals; a cylinder (40) link-connected to the cylinder brackets to be rotatable, and including a rod (42) drawn in and out; and a link part (50) installed on the upper rear of the gate leaf, and opening and closing the gate leaf by the rod (42), which is link-connected and drawn in and out of the cylinder, through the operation of the cylinder, comprises: a cover plate (100) which is formed in a rectangular shape to cover the lower rear surface of the gate leaf, and of which the top is hinge-coupled to the rear surface of the gate leaf to be vertically rotatable and the bottom is in close contact with the bottom surface to be movable back and forth as the gate leaf is opened and closed; and a water-repellent rubber plate (200) which is formed long laterally on the front side of the cover plate and protrudes forward to prevent foreign materials from entering the rear side of the gate leaf during the opening and closing of the gate leaf. Therefore, the conductive movable weir can prevent damage to the gate due to foreign materials.
본 발명은 하천을 가로지르는 방향으로 배치되는 문틀(10)과, 상기 문틀에 하단부가 링크결합되어 회동가능하도록 배치되는 장방형의 문비(20)와, 상기 문비의 후방 바닥면에 일정 간격으로 나란하게 설치되는 복수의 실린더용 브라켓(30)과, 상기 실린더용 브라켓에 링크 결합되어 회동가능하도록 배치되며 내부로 인입 및 인출되는 로드(42)가 구비되는 실린더(40)와, 상기 문비의 후면 상부에 설치되며 상기 실린더에서 인입 및 인출되는 로드(42)가 링크 결합되어 실린더의 구동에 의해 문비를 개폐하는 링크부(50)를 포함하는 장스팬타입의 전도식 가동보에 있어서, 상기 문비의 후면 하부를 덮도록 장방형으로 형성되되, 상단부는 상기 문비의 후면에 상하로 회동가능하도록 힌지 결합되고 하단부는 상기 문비가 개폐됨에 따라 바닥면에 밀착되어 전후로 이동되도록 설치되는 커버판(100)과, 상기 문비가 개페되는 과정에서 문비의 후면으로 이물질이 유입되지 않게 밀폐되도록 상기 커버판의 전면에 좌우로 길게 형성되며 전방으로 돌출 형성되는 지수고무판(200);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이물질의 유입을 방지하는 장스팬타입의 전도식 가동보를 개시한다.
