LONG SPAN TYPE FLOODGATE WITH DOUBLE PIPES
The present invention relates to a long-span type movable weir including a double pipe unit. More specifically, the long-span type movable weir includes: a sluice installed in a direction of crossing a river; an operation unit rotating the sluice by being installed in the sluice; the pipe unit including a pipe supplying oil pressure to the operation unit; and an actuating unit including an oil pressure generating unit generating the pressure by pumping oil accommodated in an oil tank and a hydraulic direction control unit changing the direction of the oil pressure generated by the oil pressure generating unit. The hydraulic direction control unit receives the oil pressure from the oil pressure generating unit. The hydraulic direction control unit includes a first hydraulic direction control unit and a second hydraulic direction control unit. The pipe unit includes a first pipe conduit and a second pipe conduit, which individually receive a hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic direction control unit and the second hydraulic direction control unit. The operation unit includes multiple cylinders installed in the single sluice. The operation unit includes a first cylinder line and a second cylinder line which are individually connected to the first pipe conduit and the second pipe conduit by being divided into two groups which can be individually operated. Even if the one pipe conduit of the pipe unit is damaged due to external impact, the hydraulic fluid is supplied to the cylinder line of any one group through the other pipe conduit. So, the long-span type movable weir including the double pipe unit can maintain the sluice in an erected state.
본 발명은 배관부가 이중으로 구비된 장스팬타입의 가동보에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하천을 가로지르는 방향으로 배치되는 수문과, 상기 수문에 설치되어 수문을 회동시키는 작동부와, 상기 작동부에 유압을 공급하는 배관을 포함하는 배관부와, 오일탱크에 수용된 오일을 펌핑하여 압력을 발생시키는 유압발생부와, 상기 유압발생부로부터 발생된 유압의 방향을 전환시키는 유압방향조절부를 포함하는 발동부가 구비되되, 상기 유압발생부로부터 유압을 공급받는 유압방향조절부는 제1유압방향조절부와 제2유압방향조절부의 2개가 구비되고, 상기 배관부는 상기 제1유압방향조절부와 제2유압방향조절부로부터 작동유를 각각 공급받는 제1관로와 제2관로가 구비되며, 상기 작동부는 하나의 수문에 배치되는 복수개의 실린더를 포함하되, 각기 동작이 가능한 2개의 조로 나누어 제1관로과 제2관로에 각각 연결되는 제1실린더열과 제2실린더열이 구비되어, 상기 배관부가 외부 충격에 의해 하나의 관로가 파손되더라도 다른 관로를 통해 어느 한조의 실린더열에 작동유가 공급됨으로써 수문이 기립된 상태로 유지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관부가 이중으로 구비된 장스팬타입의 가동보에 관한 것이다.
LONG SPAN TYPE FLOODGATE WITH DOUBLE PIPES
The present invention relates to a long-span type movable weir including a double pipe unit. More specifically, the long-span type movable weir includes: a sluice installed in a direction of crossing a river; an operation unit rotating the sluice by being installed in the sluice; the pipe unit including a pipe supplying oil pressure to the operation unit; and an actuating unit including an oil pressure generating unit generating the pressure by pumping oil accommodated in an oil tank and a hydraulic direction control unit changing the direction of the oil pressure generated by the oil pressure generating unit. The hydraulic direction control unit receives the oil pressure from the oil pressure generating unit. The hydraulic direction control unit includes a first hydraulic direction control unit and a second hydraulic direction control unit. The pipe unit includes a first pipe conduit and a second pipe conduit, which individually receive a hydraulic fluid from the first hydraulic direction control unit and the second hydraulic direction control unit. The operation unit includes multiple cylinders installed in the single sluice. The operation unit includes a first cylinder line and a second cylinder line which are individually connected to the first pipe conduit and the second pipe conduit by being divided into two groups which can be individually operated. Even if the one pipe conduit of the pipe unit is damaged due to external impact, the hydraulic fluid is supplied to the cylinder line of any one group through the other pipe conduit. So, the long-span type movable weir including the double pipe unit can maintain the sluice in an erected state.
본 발명은 배관부가 이중으로 구비된 장스팬타입의 가동보에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 하천을 가로지르는 방향으로 배치되는 수문과, 상기 수문에 설치되어 수문을 회동시키는 작동부와, 상기 작동부에 유압을 공급하는 배관을 포함하는 배관부와, 오일탱크에 수용된 오일을 펌핑하여 압력을 발생시키는 유압발생부와, 상기 유압발생부로부터 발생된 유압의 방향을 전환시키는 유압방향조절부를 포함하는 발동부가 구비되되, 상기 유압발생부로부터 유압을 공급받는 유압방향조절부는 제1유압방향조절부와 제2유압방향조절부의 2개가 구비되고, 상기 배관부는 상기 제1유압방향조절부와 제2유압방향조절부로부터 작동유를 각각 공급받는 제1관로와 제2관로가 구비되며, 상기 작동부는 하나의 수문에 배치되는 복수개의 실린더를 포함하되, 각기 동작이 가능한 2개의 조로 나누어 제1관로과 제2관로에 각각 연결되는 제1실린더열과 제2실린더열이 구비되어, 상기 배관부가 외부 충격에 의해 하나의 관로가 파손되더라도 다른 관로를 통해 어느 한조의 실린더열에 작동유가 공급됨으로써 수문이 기립된 상태로 유지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관부가 이중으로 구비된 장스팬타입의 가동보에 관한 것이다.
