The present invention relates to: a method for producing a reactant-containing intermediate material for bonding silicon carbide, the method being capable of producing a dense conjugate by inducing an effective reaction between silicon (Si) and carbon (C) using the reactant-containing intermediate material; a method for bonding silicon carbide; and a silicon carbide conjugate prepared thereby. More specifically, the present invention may comprise a step of preparing a slurry type reactant-containing intermediate material for bonding silicon carbide by mixing, in a solvent, silicon carbide (SiC) powder, carbon powder, binder, and silicon (Si) powder as a reactant.
