Eco-friendly wire saw cutting device and cutting method using the same
The present invention provides an eco-friendly wire saw cutting device and a cutting method using the same, which improves airtightness and watertightness by configuring the sealing cover of the wire saw cutting device as a compression sealing type, and allows the wire saw to be easily removed and the damaged wire saw to be repaired when the wire saw breaks. The eco-friendly wire saw cutting device of the present invention includes: a driving unit; a wire saw that is installed to be wound around a cutting object and cuts the cutting object while rotating by the driving unit; a guide unit that is installed on the cutting object and guides the direction of movement of the wire saw; and a sealing cover that seals the cutting portion of the wire saw and the cutting object cut by the wire saw. The sealing cover includes: a cover body; a sealing pad; a plurality of pressurizing units; and a wire saw cleaning unit. By the present invention, it is possible to perform cutting work stably while preventing the outflow of dust and sludge, enable quick maintenance and replacement of the wire saw, and improve the durability of the wire saw.
본 발명은 친환경 와이어쏘 절단장치 및 이를 이용한 절단방법에 관한 것으로, 와이어쏘 절단장치의 밀폐커버를 압착 밀폐식으로 구성하여 기밀성과 수밀성이 향상되도록 하고, 와이어쏘가 끊어질 경우 밀폐커버를 용이하게 제거한 후 손상된 와이어쏘를 보수할 수 있도록 하며 와이어쏘의 작동 과정에서 절단대상물에서 분리되거나 이탈되는 것이 방지되도록 하며, 밀폐커버를 통해 냉각수를 주입하여 분진을 일부 슬러지화 하여 와이어쏘의 마모를 감소시켜줄 수 있도록 하는 친환경 와이어쏘 절단장치 및 이를 이용한 절단방법을 제공함에 있다. 상기 목적 달성을 위한 본 발명은, 구동부와, 절단대상물에 감겨지도록 설치되고 상기 구동부에 의해 회전하면서 절단대상물을 절단해 주는 와이어쏘와, 상기 절단대상물에 설치되고 상기 와이어쏘의 진행방향을 가이드하는 가이드부와, 상기 와이어쏘 및 와이어쏘에 의해 절단되는 절단대상물의 절단부위를 밀폐시켜 주는 밀폐커버를 포함하여 구성되는 친환경 와이어쏘 절단장치에 있어서, 상기 밀폐커버는, 상기 와이어쏘와 절단부위를 감싸도록 절단대상물에 밀착되게 설치되어 분진이 비산되는 것을 방지해주는 커버몸체; 상기 커버몸체에 설치되되, 커버몸체가 절단대상물에 밀착되는 부분에 설치되어 절단부위의 긴밀한 밀폐가 이루어지도록 하는 밀폐패드; 상기 커버몸체에 밀착된 상태로 상기 절단대상물에 고정되도록 설치되고, 커버몸체를 절단대상물 방향으로 가압해줌으로써 커버몸체와 밀폐패드가 절단대상물에 가압 고정되도록 하여 밀폐가 이루어지도록 하는 다수의 가압부;를 포함하여 구성된 친환경 와이어쏘 절단장치 및 이를 이용한 절단방법에 관한 것을 기술적 요지로 한다.
