Eco-friendly slab cutting system and slab cutting method using it
The present invention relates to a slab cutting system, which can prevent exhaust from being generated by using an electric drive type cutting part for cutting a slab, cut a relatively thick slab, perfectly prevent dust and noises generated when the slab is cut through a blade receiving member, reduce contamination in a clean room by collecting the entire generated dust, and simplify an installing step of a curing part through installation of the integral curing part. Therefore, a construction period can be shortened, a construction cost can be reduced, and accidents can be prevented.
본 발명은 슬래브 절단을 위해 전기구동식 절단부를 사용함으로써 매연 발생을 방지하고, 상대적으로 두꺼운 슬래브의 절단을 가능토록 하며, 날수용부재를 통해 절단시 발생되는 분진과 소음을 완벽 차단함과 동시에, 발생되는 분진을 전량 포집함으로써 크린룸오염을 줄일 수 있고, 일체형 보양부의 설치를 통해 보양부의 설치 과정을 간소화시키고, 이에 따라 공기의 단축, 공사비 절감, 안전사고 방지의 이점을 기대할 수 있는 슬래브 절단 시스템에 관한 것이다.
