Strainer for removing foreign substances from water pipes
The present invention relates to a strainer that can be easily installed in a water supply pipe to filter and remove various foreign substances contained in the water supply. The present invention relates to a strainer installed in the middle of an inlet water pipe and a discharge water pipe to remove foreign substances contained in the water. The strainer comprises: an inlet provided with an inlet flange coupled in parallel with the inlet water pipe; an outlet provided with a discharge flange coupled in parallel with the discharge supply pipe; a filter unit in the form of a vertical cylinder with a hollow interior and connected to communicate with each other between the inlet and outlet; a filter net inserted through an upper opening formed at the top of the filter unit; and a cover unit that blocks the upper opening of the filter unit. A filter opening is formed through the side of the filter net in contact with the inlet to allow water to flow into the filter net. A blocking bar is further provided on both sides of the filter opening of the filter net to prevent water flowing in through the inlet from flowing into the inside of the filter net and not into the outside of the filter net. The present invention can effectively filter foreign substances contained in water from water pipes and easily remove and discharge the filtered foreign substances.
본 발명은 상수도 배관에 간편하게 설치하여 상수도에 포함된 각종 이물질을 여과시켜 제거할 수 있는 스트레이너에 관한 발명이다. 본 발명은 유입 상수도 배관과 배출 상수도 배관의 중도부에 설치되어 용수에 포함된 이물질을 제거하는 스트레이너에 있어서, 상기 유입 상수도 배관과 나란하게 결합되는 유입플랜지가 구비되는 유입구와: 상기 배출 상수도 배관과 나란하게 결합되는 배출플랜지가 구비되는 배출구와: 수직 상태의 원기둥 형태로 내부가 중공 상태로 상기 유입구와 배출구 사이에 서로 연통되도록 연결되는 여과부: 상기 여과부의 상부에 형성되는 상부개구부를 통해 삽입되는 필터망: 및 상기 여과부의 상부개구부를 차단하는 덮개부;를 포함하며, 상기 유입구와 접하는 필터망 측면에는 용수가 필터망 내부로 유입되도록 하는 필터개구부가 관통 형성되고, 상기 필터망의 필터개구부 양측에는 유입구를 통해 유입되는 용수가 필터망의 외측으로는 유입되지 않고 필터망의 내부로만 유입되도록 차단하기 위한 차단대가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명은 상수도 배관의 용수에 포함된 이물질을 효과적으로 여과처리하고, 여과된 이물질을 간편하게 탈리시켜 배출시킬 수 있다.
