FLAME RETARDANT CEILING PANEL USING WASTE FIBER
The present invention relates to a flame-retardant wall and ceiling panel using waste fiber. To this end, the flame-retardant wall and ceiling panel using waste fiber comprises: a flame retardant board made of papermaking and impregnation composition manufactured using fiber material containing waste fiber; a sound-absorbing sheet attached to the other side of the flame retardant board to offset noise transmitted from the structure; and a high pressure melamine (HPM) board attached to the exposed surface of the flame retardant board to increase rigidity. The flame retardant board further includes: a first noise inducing hole which introduces noise; and a second noise inducing hole whose size is expanded through a tapered surface formed between the first noise inducing hole so that the noise introduced through the first noise inducing hole can be canceled out by diffuse reflection. The impregnation composition contains: a flame retardant consisting of 20 to 30 wt% of triphenyl phosphate (TPP), 50 to 60 wt% of aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)_3), and 10 to 20 wt% of decabromodiphenylethane (DBDPE); and silica surface treated by mixing 10 to 20 mol% of a copolymer (poly(n-butylacrylate)-b-poly(methylmethacrylate), PBA-PMMA) composed of 10 to 20 wt% of polybutylacrylate and 80 to 90 wt% of polymethylmethacrylate with 10 to 20 mol% of silica particles. An antibacterial paint layer is applied to the surface of the HPM board.
본 발명은 폐섬유를 이용한 난연성 벽체 및 천장패널에 관한 것으로, 이를 위해 폐섬유를 포함하는 섬유재를 사용하여 제조된 초지 및 함침조성물로 이루어지는 난연보드;와, 상기 난연보드의 타면에 부착되어 구조물에서 전달되는 소음을 상쇄하는 흡음시트; 및 상기 난연보드의 노출면에 부착되어 강성을 증대시키는 HPM보드;를 포함하되, 상기 난연보드는 소음을 유입시키는 제1소음 유도공과, 상기 제1소음 유도공을 통해 유입된 소음이 난반사에 의해 상쇄될 수 있도록 제1소음 유도공과의 사이에 형성된 테이퍼면을 통해 크기가 확장된 제2소음 유도공을 더 포함하고, 상기 함침조성물은 트리페닐포스페이트(TPP) 20 내지 30 중량%, 수산화알루미늄(Al(OH)3) 50 내지 60 중량% 및 데카브로모디페닐에탄(DBDPE) 10 내지 20 중량%로 이루어진 난연제 및 폴리부틸아크릴레이트 10 내지 20 중량% 및 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트 80 내지 90 중량%로 조성된 공중합체(poly(n-buthylacrylate)-b-poly(methylmethacrylate), PBA-PMMA) 80 내지 90 몰%와 실리카 입자 10 내지 20 몰%를 혼합하여 표면 처리된 실리카로 이루어지고, 상기 HPM보드의 표면에는 항균도료층이 도포되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
