According to an embodiment of the present invention, a foldable evacuation ladder device may comprise: a fixed frame member fixed to an exterior wall of a building; a frame unit including a front frame member connected to the fixed frame member by a connecting frame member and spaced apart from or approaching the fixed frame member according to a folding or unfolding operation of the connecting frame member; and a fixing unit which is linked to the folding or unfolding operation of the connecting frame member and fixes the position of the front frame member with respect to the fixed frame member when the connecting frame member is unfolded.
본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 대피 사다리 장치는, 건물 외벽에 고정되는 고정 프레임부재와, 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 연결 프레임부재로 연결되어 상기 연결 프레임부재의 접힘 또는 펴짐 동작에 따라 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 이격되거나 접근되는 전면 프레임부재를 포함하는 프레임부 및 상기 연결 프레임부재의 접힘 또는 펴짐 동작과 연동되어 상기 연결 프레임부재의 펴짐 시 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대한 상기 전면 프레임부재의 위치를 고정시키는 고정부를 포함할 수 있다.

본 발명의 실시예에 따른 접이식 대피 사다리 장치는, 건물 외벽에 고정되는 고정 프레임부재와, 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 연결 프레임부재로 연결되어 상기 연결 프레임부재의 접힘 또는 펴짐 동작에 따라 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대해 이격되거나 접근되는 전면 프레임부재를 포함하는 프레임부 및 상기 연결 프레임부재의 접힘 또는 펴짐 동작과 연동되어 상기 연결 프레임부재의 펴짐 시 상기 고정 프레임부재에 대한 상기 전면 프레임부재의 위치를 고정시키는 고정부를 포함할 수 있다.
