본 발명은, 커패시터 바디의 유전체층이, 강유전체를 포함하는 코어(core)-쉘(shell) 구조로 이루어지고, 쉘부 상에 1 내지 2 nm 두께의 코팅막이 더 형성되는 복수의 블록형 세라믹 조성물을 적어도 2층 이상 적층하여 이루어지는 적층형 커패시터 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다.
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated type capacitor which enables a low-temperature rapid firing process, and by which both of a high dielectric constant and high reliability can be ensured.SOLUTION: A laminated type capacitor and a method for manufacturing the same are provided according to the present invention. The capacitor laminated type capacitor comprises a main body including dielectric layers having a core-shell structure and including a ferroelectric. The capacitor laminated type capacitor is arranged by laminating at least two or more layers composed of blocks of a ceramic composition with a coating film of 1-2 nm in thickness formed on a shell part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
