Provided are a multilayered capacitor capable of ensuring high permittivity and high reliability by enabling low temperature and rapid firing, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, a dielectric layer of a capacitor body is formed as a core-shell structure including a ferroelectric material, and a plurality of block type ceramic compositions where a coating film having thickness of 1 to 2 nm is additionally formed on a shell part are stacked in at least two layers.
본 발명은, 커패시터 바디의 유전체층이, 강유전체를 포함하는 코어(core)-쉘(shell) 구조로 이루어지고, 쉘부 상에 1 내지 2 nm 두께의 코팅막이 더 형성되는 복수의 블록형 세라믹 조성물을 적어도 2층 이상 적층하여 이루어지는 적층형 커패시터 및 그 제조 방법을 제공한다.
