    본 발명은 질화알루미늄 소결체의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로, 본 발명의 일 구현예에서는, ZrO2-Y2O3-Al2O3-P2O5계 글래스 프릿 및 질화알루미늄의 혼합물을 펠렛 형태로 성형하는 단계; 및 상기 펠릿을 소결하여, 소결체를 수득하는 단계;를 포함하는, 질화알루미늄 소결체의 제조 방법을 제공한다.

    The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of an aluminum nitride sintered body and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of an aluminum nitride sintered body, comprising the steps of: forming a mixture of a ZrO_2-Y_2O_3-Al_2O_3-P_2O_5-based glass frit and aluminum nitride in a form of pellets; and sintering the pellets to obtain a sintered body, thereby obtaining a sintered body with excellent properties such as density, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties.
