The present invention relates to a seismic isolation device for connecting a solar panel roof to a building, which comprises: a connection unit connected to a panel support unit for supporting a solar panel for covering an upper end of a building; an elastic unit including an elastic unit body provided with a leaf spring for buffering vibration applied to the building by connecting the connection unit to a central part curved upward, and a rib provided on both ends of the elastic unit body; and a support unit fastened to a lower panel provided on an upper part of the building, and including a support unit body into which both sides of the elastic unit are inserted. The lower panel includes: a lower panel body; and a seismic isolation device accommodating unit provided on the lower panel body to accommodate the support unit, recessed downward, and provided with a plurality of grooves in parallel with each other. The support unit is inserted into the seismic isolation device accommodating unit to allow a longitudinal direction to be the same as that of the seismic isolation device accommodating unit so as to reinforce the rigidity of the lower panel. The connection unit includes a connection unit body having an upper side connected to the panel support unit, and a lower side connected to the center of the elastic unit body. Therefore, seismic isolation performance is ensured.
