본 발명은 파일럿 포펫형 릴리프 밸브에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 파일럿 포펫형 릴리프 밸브는 일영역에 관통 유로가 형성된 파일럿 시트 및 전후로 왕복 이동하면서 상기 파일럿 시트의 관통 유로를 개폐하는 파일럿 포펫을 포함한다. 그리고 상기 파일럿 포펫은 베어링강(STB2)를 소재로 만들어진 포펫 본체와, 상기 포펫 본체의 표면에 형성된 탄화바나듐 코팅층을 포함한다.
The present invention relates to a pilot poppet type relief valve with improved wear resistance of the pilot poppet. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pilot poppet type relief valve comprises: a pilot seat with a through passage formed in one area; and a pilot poppet for opening and closing the through passage of the pilot seat while reciprocating back and forth. The pilot poppet includes a poppet body made of bearing steel (STB2) as a material, and a vanadium carbide coating layer formed on a surface of the poppet body.
