본 발명은 층간소음의 흡수 성능이 뛰어나고 수맥파를 차단할 수 있도록 한 층간소음 및 수맥차단이 가능한 바닥구조 및 이의 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 층간소음 및 수맥차단이 가능한 바닥구조는, 콘크리트 슬래브의 상면에 적층 설치되어 해당 바닥층에서 발생된 소음을 흡수 차단하는 바닥차음재와; 상기 바닥차음재의 상면에 적층 설치되어 수맥과 열전달을 차단하는 수맥차단겸용 단열재유닛과; 상기 수맥차단겸용 단열재유닛의 상면에 일정 두께로 타설되어 양생된 마감모르타르와; 상기 마감모르타르의 상면에 설치된 바닥마감재;로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
