본 발명은 압전 특성이 향상된 압전 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 압전 특성이 향상된 압전 조성물은 Nb 또는 Ta의 도핑에 의해 xBiScO3-(1-x)PbTiO3로 표시되는 압전 조성물의 압전 특성을 향상시킨 내용에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 높은 큐리 온도(Tc)를 가지며, BiScO3-PbTiO3 BS-PT 조성물에서 도핑을 통해 높은 큐리온도와 함께 향상된 압전 특성을 갖는 압전 조성물을 제공하고자 한다. 이러한 압전 조성물을 이용하여 압전 트랜스듀서, 압전 하베스터, 압전 액추에이터, 압전 센서 등에 이용이 가능할 것이다.
The present invention relates to a piezoelectric composition with an improved piezoelectric property and, more specifically, to a piezoelectric composition capable of improving a piezoelectric property of the piezoelectric composition indicated as xBiScO3-(1-x) PbTiO3 through the doping of Nb or Ta. In accordance with the present invention, the piezoelectric composition has a high curie temperature (Tc), and has an improved piezoelectric property along with the high curie temperature through doping in a BiScO3-PbTiO3BS-PT. The piezoelectric composition can be used for a piezoelectric transducer, a piezoelectric harvester, a piezoelectric actuator, a piezoelectric sensor and the like.
