LEADLESS PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION, PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT USING THE SAME AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF LEADLESS PIEZOELECTRIC CERAMIC COMPOSITION
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition having high piezoelectric property.SOLUTION: A leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition satisfies a molar ratio of Na (sodium) and K (potassium) (Na/K) in a main phase of 0.40<(Na/K)<3.0. Also the main phase has a crystal structure where (i) first spot groups corresponding to a basic lattice cycle and (ii) second spot groups corresponding to a lattice cycle of two times to the basic lattice cycle and weaker than the first spot groups appear in an electron beam diffraction image obtained by injecting an electron beam from a <100> direction when the main phase is described as a pseudo cubic crystal by a transmission electron microscope.
【課題】高い圧電特性を有する無鉛圧電磁器組成物を提供する。【解決手段】無鉛圧電磁器組成物は、主相におけるNa(ナトリウム)とK(カリウム)のモル比(Na/K)が0.40<(Na/K)<3.0を満たす。また、主相は、透過型電子顕微鏡により、前記主相を擬似立方晶として表記した場合に<100>方向より電子線を入射することで取得した電子線回折像において、(i)基本格子周期に対応する第1スポット群と、(ii)前記基本格子周期の2倍の格子周期に対応し、前記第1スポット群よりも弱い第2スポット群と、が現れる結晶構造を有する。【選択図】図7
