본 발명은 방오 및 난연성 폴리우레아 수지계 도료 조성물을 제공하고, 본 발명에 따른 폴리우레아 수지가 물리적 특성이 우수하고, 난연성능등급이 우수할 뿐만 아니라, 습윤성 또는 물질을 흡수하는 능력이 저하되어 방오성능이 향상된 것이다. 따라서 본 발명의 조성물을 일반건축물, 선박, 해양 구축물, 정수장 또는 식수 저장탱크, 위험물의 저장탱크, 종이 또는 스티로폼 소재의 건축물 또는 조형물, 아스팔트 또는 관로의 내외부 표면의 코팅에 사용할 경우, 우수한 난연 성능뿐만 아니라 생물오손을 방지할 수 있다.
