본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 실리카 분말 20 내지 60중량부; 규사 80 내지 200중량부; 실리카퓸 10 내지 20중량부; 고로슬래그 미분말 10 내지 30중량부; 섬유 5 내지 30중량부; 수축 저감제 1 내지 10중량부; 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부; 및 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 초고성능 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 인공 조형물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 초고성능 콘크리트 조성물, 특정적으로 친환경 고강도 초고성능 콘크리트 조성물은 인공 조형물을 제조하기 위한 작업환경을 개선하고, 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 콘크리트 보다 높은 인장강도 및 압축강도 등을 제공한다.
