Eco-friendly Concrete Composition and Preparation Methods of Artificial Sculpture Using Thereof
The present invention relates to an environmentally-friendly concrete composition and an artificial sculpture manufacturing method using the same. According to the present invention, the environmentally-friendly concrete composition comprises, with respect to 100 parts by weight of cement: 10 to 80 parts by weight of red clay; 5 to 20 parts by weight of charcoal powder; 10 to 20 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 30 to 90 parts by weight of fly ash; 3 to 15 parts by weight of methyl(meta)acrylate; 2 to 10 parts by weight of metakaolin; 3 to 20 parts by weight of nano-ceramic particles; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a shrinkage reduction agent; 0.5 to 5 parts by weight of a defoamer; 1 to 10 parts by weight of a thickener; 1 to 15 parts by weight of a coagulation retarder; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high performance water reducer. Accordingly, the environmentally-friendly concrete composition can improve a working environment for manufacturing an artificial sculpture and can be easily applied to concrete deposition for manufacturing an artificial sculpture which is quickly hardened while being environmentally-friendly, reducing environmental pollution and providing strength equal to or greater than that of conventional concrete.
본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 황토 10 내지 80중량부; 숯가루 5 내지 20중량부; 칼슘설포알루미네이트 10 내지 20중량부; 플라이애시 30 내지 90중량부; 메틸메타아크릴레이트 3 내지 15중량부; 메타카올린 2 내지 10중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 20중량부; 수축저감제 1 내지 10중량부; 소포제 0.5 내지 5중량부; 증점제 1 내지 10중량부; 응결지연제 1 내지 15중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 콘크리트 조성물 및 이를 이용한 인공 조형물 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 콘크리트 조성물은 인공 조형물을 제조하기 위한 작업환경을 개선하고, 친환경적이며 환경오염을 감소시키면서도 종래 콘크리트와 대등하거나 그 이상의 강도를 갖는 동시에 신속히 경화되는 인공 조형물을 제조하기 위한 콘크리트 타설에 용이하게 적용할 수 있다.
