본 발명은 골조와 패널부가 구분되도록 제작되어 경량화가 가능하고 양중이 용이하며, 건식 접합 방식을 통해 현장 시공 공정이 최소화되고, 수평 및 수직 접합부의 기밀성이 확보되어 공동주택에 요구되는 주거성능을 만족시킬 수 있고, 외부면에 페인트 마감이 가능해서 철근콘크리트 구조체와도 이질감이 없으며, PC 공장에서 생산 몰드를 여러번 전용하여 생산하므로 원가 절감이 가능토록 한 대형 PC 커튼월 및 그 시공 방법을 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 대형 PC 커튼월은, 구조체의 이웃한 기둥 사이의 거리에 해당하는 단위 길이와 상,하부 슬래브간의 단위 층고에 해당하는 높이를 가지고, 적어도 1개소 이상에 두께 방향으로 관통되어 있는 개구부, 개구부의 상단 및 하단에 각기 위치하는 상단 수평골조와 하단 수평골조, 상단 수평골조와 하단 수평골조를 연결하는 다수의 수직골조, 개구부의 하부측 또는 상부측에 설치되어 개구부를 보강하는 중앙부 수평골조를 갖되, 각 골조는 주근과 전단철근이 배근되어 최대 두께를 갖고, 개구부와 각 골조를 제외한 곳에 최소 두께로 이루어진 패널부를 갖고 콘크리트로 타설되어 제작된 대형 PC 커튼월 부재와; 상기 대형 PC 커튼월 부재를 구조체에 연결하기 위해 대형 PC 커튼월 부재의 하단 및 상단에 각기 엠베드 플레이트와 인서트 앵커가 일체로 결합되어 매입 상태로 설치되어 있는 매입형 접합철물;을 포함한 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention provides a large precast concrete (PC) curtain wall which is manufactured to separate a frame and panel parts to enable lighter weight and facilitate lifting, minimizes an on-site construction process by a dry joint method, ensures airtightness of horizontal and vertical joints to meet the residential performance required for apartment houses, can be painted on the exterior surface to remove difference with a reinforced concrete structure, and is manufactured by using production molds a plurality of times in a PC factory, thereby reducing costs, and a construction method thereof. According to a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the large PC curtain wall comprises: an opening part having a unit length corresponding to a distance between adjacent columns of a structure and a height corresponding to a unit floor height between upper and lower slabs, and penetrated at one or more location in the thickness direction; a large PC curtain wall member manufactured by pouring concrete therein and including the upper and lower horizontal frames located at the upper part and lower part of the opening part, a plurality of vertical frames connecting the upper and lower horizontal frames, a central horizontal frame installed on the lower or upper part side of the opening part to reinforce the opening part, and a panel part with a minimum thickness except for the opening part and each frame, wherein each frame has main rebars and shear rebars arranged therein to have a maximum thickness; and an embedded joint hardware in which an embed plate and an insert anchor are integrally combined with each other at the lower part and upper part of the large PC curtain wall member to be installed in an embedded state to connect the large PC curtain wall member to the structure.
