본 발명은 골형 데크의 단면이 폐단면을 형성하도록 골판지형 홀더를 설치하여 전단저항력이 증대됨으로써 장스팬에 무지주 시공이 가능하도록 하며, 골판지형 홀더의 무용접에 의한 설치 시공성을 향상시키고, 골판지형 홀더와 트러스 거더의 결합에 따른 트러스 거더의 전도방지를 방지할 수 있도록 한 골판지형 홀더를 갖는 장스팬용 골형 데크를 제공한다. 본 발명의 적절한 실시 형태에 따른 골판지형 홀더를 갖는 장스팬용 골형 데크는, 일정 폭과 길이를 갖는 골 데크와, 골 데크의 골형부에 삽입 위치되어 고정 설치된 트러스 거더로 이루어진 트러스거더 삽입형 데크와; 상기 골 데크의 단면 성능을 높임과 동시에 트러스 거더의 결합력 상승과 전도를 방지하기 위해 상기 골 데크의 상부에 정착되어 그의 길이방향으로 일정 간격을 가지고 서로 나란하게 설치된 다수의 골판지형 홀더;으로 구성되되; 상기 골판지형 홀더는 일정 폭을 갖는 강판을 절곡 제작하여 트러스 거더에 지지되는 홀더 상판부와, 홀더 상판부의 단부에서 하향 경사지게 절곡된 홀더 사면부, 홀더 사면부에 수평방향으로 절곡된 홀더 결착부를 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 한다.
The present invention provides a corrugated deck for a long span having a corrugated cardboard-type holder, in which the corrugated cardboard-type holder is installed to enable a cross-section of the corrugated deck to be closed such that with an increase in the shear resistance, non-support construction on a long span is possible, installation workability can be improved by non-welding of the corrugated cardboard-type holder, and the corrugated cardboard-type holder is coupled with a truss girder so as to prevent the truss girder from being turned over. The corrugated deck for a long span having a corrugated cardboard-type holder according to a suitable embodiment of the present invention comprises: a truss girder insertion type deck including a corrugated deck having a certain width and length and a truss girder inserted into and fixed to a corrugated shape part of the corrugated deck; and a plurality of corrugated cardboard-type holders fixed to an upper part of the corrugated deck and installed side by side at regular intervals in a longitudinal direction of the corrugated deck in order to increase the cross-sectional performance of the corrugated deck, increase the bonding force of the truss girder, and prevent the truss girder from turning over. The corrugated cardboard-type holders each include: a holder upper plate part formed by bending a steel plate having a certain width and supported on the truss girder; a holder-inclined part bent and inclined downward from an end of the holder upper plate part; and a holder binding part horizontally bent on the holder-inclined part.
