Corrugated Deck Having a Reinforcing Tighten Plate
The present invention relates to a deck plate overlapped and reinforced by a reinforcing redundant plate, in which a corrugated unit deck with a connecting portion positioned at a lower portion is provided with the reinforcing redundant plate on an upper portion of a middle portion to which strong compressive stress is applied, so that the reinforcing redundant plate is overlapped with the corrugated unit deck. The deck plate includes the corrugated unit deck having a ridge portion consisting of a top plate formed horizontally and a side plate extending downwardly from both ends of the top plate, and a bottom plate extending horizontally from a lower end of the side plate of the ridge portion in an outer direction, of which an outer end is bent to form a deck connecting portion in a longitudinal direction; and the reinforcing plate formed on a top or bottom surface of the corrugated unit deck at a desired position on the upper position of the middle shaft of the corrugated unit deck in a longitudinal direction of the corrugated unit deck.
본 발명은 강화 잉여 플레이트로 중첩 보강되어 록킹된 데크 플레이트에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 단면의 하부에 연결부를 위치시킨 단위 골 데크에 강화 잉여 플레이트를 압축응력이 크게 작용되는 중립축의 상부에 구성하여 단위 골 데크와 중첩 구성하도록 하는 강화 잉여 플레이트로 중첩 보강되어 록킹된 데크 플레이트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 수평으로 형성되는 상면판과 상면판의 폭방향 양단부에서 하부로 연장되는 측면판으로 이루어지는 산형부와, 산형부의 각 외측의 측면판의 하단부에서 외측방향으로 수평으로 연장되어 형성되며 외측단부는 각각 절곡되어 길이 방향을 따라 형성된 데크 연결부가 형성되는 단부 하면판으로 이루어지는 단위 골 데크와; 단위 골 데크의 중립축 상부의 소정 위치에서 단위 골 데크의 상부면 또는 하부면에 단위 골데크의 길이방향으로 형성되는 강화 잉여 플레이트;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
