시공과정에서 프리캐스트 콘크리트와 현장타설 콘크리트를 적절히 조합하여 공사기간을 단축시키고 안정적으로 품질을 관리할 수 있는 프리캐스트 콘크리트와 현장타설 콘크리트를 이용한 구조물 및 이의 시공방법이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 시공 장소에서 미리 설정된 외형의 틀이 구축되도록 서로 밀착되는 복수개의 프리캐스트 패널과, 접합면에 빈공간이 형성되지 않도록 프리캐스트 패널과 프리캐스트 패널의 사이에 구비되는 틈새보완재, 및 상기 복수개의 프리캐스트 패널에 의해 형성된 틀의 내부 공간에 투입되어 경화되는 현장타설 콘크리트를 포함하는 프리캐스트 콘크리트와 현장타설 콘크리트를 이용한 구조물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 거푸집을 대체하는 프리캐스트 패널이 거푸집과 달리 현장타설 콘크리트와 그대로 결합되기 때문에 공사기간이 단축되고 구조물의 시공성과 구조적 안정성이 향상된다.
Disclosed are a structure using precast concrete and cast-in-place concrete, which is able to properly mix precast concrete and cast-in-place concrete in a construction process, reduce construction periods, and control the quality in a stable manner, and a construction method thereof. To this end, provided is the structure using precast concrete and cast-in-place concrete, which comprises: a plurality of precast panels coming in close contact with each other for constructing a frame with a preset exterior in a construction plate; a gap filling material arranged between the precast panels for preventing any empty space from being generated on the bonded surfaces; and cast-in-place concrete put into an inner space of the frame formed by the plurality of precast panels to be hardened. According to the present invention, since the precast panels replacing a formwork are engaged with the cast-in-place concrete as they are, not like the formwork, the construction period can be reduced and constructability and structural stability of structures can be improved.
