본 발명은 제지애시, 제강분진 등의 산업부산물을 이용하여, 감수제 증가 또는 단위수량 감소 없이 중량 골재 사용에 의한 재료분리 문제를 해소하는, 재료분리 저항성을 갖는 바닥용 중량 모르타르 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 「결합재 30~45 wt; 및 중량 잔골재 55~70 wt%; 를 포함하여 조성되고, 감수제가 상기 결합재 대비 0.3~2 wt% 외할 첨가되되, 상기 결합재는 시멘트 400 중량부; 석고 80~100 중량부; 입경 300㎛ 이하 제지애시 100~150 중량부 및 석회석 미분말 100~130 중량부를 포함하며, 블리딩율 2% 이하, 경화 후 단위중량이 2,300 kg/㎥ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 재료분리 저항성을 갖는 바닥용 중량 모르타르 조성물」을 제공한다.
