본 발명은 난연성이 향상된 폴리우레아 도막방수재 조성물 및 상기 조성물을 이용한 방수공법에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로는, 콘크리트 표면에 프라이머를 도포하는 제1 단계; 주제를 준비하는 제2 단계; 경화제를 준비하는 제3 단계; 및 상기 제2 단계 및 제3 단계에서 준비된 주제와 경화제를 분사장비에 주입시키고 각각 서로 다른 노즐을 통해 제1 단계의 프라이머 상면에 동시에 도포하여 도장하는 제4 단계;를 포함하여 이루어지는 방수공법과; 기존 폴리우레아 도막방수재에 대하여 난연성을 향상시킬 수 있도록 구성된, 난연성이 향상된 폴리우레아 도막방수재 조성물;에 관한 것이다.
