Waterproof insulation using semi-incombustible polyurethane foam polyurea and flame retardant polyurea coating and its construction method
The present invention, as a waterproof insulation material using polyurethane and polyurea coating, provides an insulation material which can maintain excellent waterproofness and heat resistance while increasing flame retardant properties by adding a flame retardant component. Additionally, a method for constructing the insulation material is provided. To this end, according to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a flame retardant and waterproof insulation material inclduing: polyurethane foam (A) formed by mixing and foaming a base material (a1) containing polyester polyol, polypropylene glycol, and inorganic flame retardant, and a curing agent (a2) containing isocyanate; and a polyurea coating layer (B) formed by mixing and spraying a base material (b1) containing prepolymer, polyvinyl alcohol, and inorganic flame retardant, and a curing agent (b2) containing polyol, and ethylenediamine.
폴리우레탄 및 폴리우레아 코팅을 이용한 방수성 단열재로서, 난연 성분이 첨가되어 난연 특성이 증가되면서도 방수성이나 내열성이 우수하게 유지될 수 있는 단열재를 제공한다. 또한 상기 단열재를 시공하기 위한 방법을 제공한다.

The present invention, as a waterproof insulation material using polyurethane and polyurea coating, provides an insulation material which can maintain excellent waterproofness and heat resistance while increasing flame retardant properties by adding a flame retardant component.
