본 발명은 줄눈 마감재가 일체로 형성된 조립식 내벽 패널에 관한 것으로, 벽체에 종방향과 횡방향으로 연속적인 결합 배치가 이루어질 수 있도록 암,수 결합부를 구비하며 상기 암,수 결합부에 의해 줄눈 홈이 형성되는 단위 패널; 및 상기 단위 패널의 줄눈 홈에 설치되는 줄눈 마감재를 구성하되, 상기 줄눈 마감재는 상기 줄눈 홈 형상에 대응하여 메워지는 입체형 블록이며, 상기 줄눈 홈을 형성하는 내벽에 고정 결합되어 상기 단위 패널과 일체화되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 단위 패널들을 서로 조립하는 시공만으로 줄눈 마감재를 생성할 수 있어 그에 따른 최종 내벽 패널을 완성하기 위한 작업시간을 획기적으로 줄일 수 있어 인건비를 낮출 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 시공자의 숙련도에 따라 줄눈 마감재의 폭과 높이가 일정하지 못하였던 오점을 근본적으로 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
The present invention relates to a prefabricated inner wall panel integrated with a joint finishing material, which comprises: a unit panel which has female and male coupling units to enable continuous coupling arrangement in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction at the wall body, wherein a joint groove is formed by the female and male coupling units; and a joint finishing material which is installed at the joint groove of the unit panel. The joint finishing material is a three-dimensional block which is filled corresponding to the shape of the joint groove, and is fixedly coupled to the inner wall forming the joint groove to be integrated with the unit panel. Therefore, the joint finishing material may be generated only by the construction in which the unit panels are assembled with each other, such that the working time required for completing the final inner wall panel may be significantly reduced, thereby reducing labor costs. Consequently, the problem of the uneven width and height of the joint finishing material caused by the skillfulness of the worker may be fundamentally prevented.
