PREFABRICATED WALL WITH PRECAST CONCRETE INNER AND OUTER PANEL
The present invention relates to a prefabricated wall which comprises: an inner and an outer panel (100, 200) are manufactured by precast concrete so as to shorten a construction period and minimize the manpower input when constructing various buildings such as houses, factories, and stables; and a connection member (300) interconnecting the inner and the outer wall. A filling material including: a cement mortar; a foamed concrete; and a foam insulation is filled between the inner and the outer wall (100, 200). In addition, a reinforced concrete and a metal lath are buried inside the inner and the outer wall (100, 200), the concrete mortar is injected and cured with the predetermined thickness, and the outer wall is integrally joined to the surface of the outer wall with a decorative material or a heat insulating material.
본 발명은 조립식 벽체에 관한 것으로, 주택이나 공장, 축사 등의 각종 건축물의 축조시 시공기간의 단축과 인력투입을 최소화할 수 있도록 프리캐스트 콘크리트로 제작된 내,외벽(100,200)과, 상기 내,외벽을 상호 연결하는 연결부재(300)를 포함하고, 상기 내,외벽(100,200) 사이에는 시멘트 모르타르, 기포콘크리트, 폼 단열재를 포함하는 채움재로 충진되고, 상기 내,외벽(100,200)은 내부에 철근과 메탈라스가 매설되고 소정의 두께로 콘크리트 모르타르가 주입되어 양생되되 상기 외벽은 그 표면에 치장재나 단열재가 일체로 결합되어 있다.
