본 발명은 라돈 감소를 위한 콘크리트 표면의 코팅시공 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 콘크리트 균열면에 핸디코트를 도포하는 균열보수단계, 상기 균열보수단계를 통해 보수된 콘크리트 면에 라돈저감용 프라이머를 도포하는 프라이머도포단계, 상기 프라이머도포단계를 통해 형성된 프라이머층의 상부면에 라돈저감용 도료를 코팅하는 제1도료코팅단계, 상기 제1도료코팅단계를 통해 형성된 도료층의 상부면에 콘크리트 유해성분을 차단하는 침투제를 분무하는 침투제분무단계 및 상기 침투제분무단계를 통해 침투제가 분무된 도료층의 상부면에 라돈저감용 도료를 코팅하는 제2도료코팅단계로 이루어진다. 상기의 과정을 통해 이루어지는 코팅시공 방법은 콘크리트 균열면을 보수할 뿐만 아니라, 콘크리트에서 발생되는 라돈이나 6가 크롬에 대해 우수한 차단효과를 나타내는 코팅층을 제공한다.
The present invention relates to a coating construction method of a concrete surface for radon reduction. More specifically, the coating construction method of a concrete surface for radon reduction comprises: a crack repair step of coating a handy coat on a cracked surface of concrete; a primer coating step of coating primer for radon reduction on a concrete surface repaired through the crack repair step; a first paint coating step of coating paint for radon reduction on the upper surface of a primer layer formed through the primer coating step; a penetrant spray step of spraying a penetrant for blocking concrete harmful components on the upper surface of a paint layer formed through the first paint coating step; and a second paint coating step of coating paint for radon reduction on the upper surface of a paint layer on which the penetrant is sprayed through the penetrant spray step. The coating construction method through the above processes provides a coating layer repairing a cracked surface of concrete and showing an excellent blocking effect for hexavalent chromium or radon created from concrete.
