본 발명은 지상 및 지중으로부터 다양한 구조물을 시공하기 위한 건축 기초공사용 지반에 대한 차수 및 배수공법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 지하 타파기 및 평탄화단계를 거친 굴착지반 상에 투수성매트 및 성토층과 드레인라이너를 순차 시공하고, 또 다른 투수성매트 및 사질층과 차수시트를 순차 시공함으로써, 투수성매트에 의한 심층 배수 및 드레인라이너에 의한 수평 및 수직구조의 표층 배수가 빠르고 효율적으로 이루어지도록 하는 동시에 차수시트에 의해 지반 성토층 및 표층으로 간극수 등이 유입되는 것을 차단하여 보다 압밀한 상태의 기초 지반이 빠르고 효율적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 한 건축 기초공사용 지반의 차,배수공법에 대한 것이다.
