RECYCLING SOUNDPROOFING PANELS USING WASTE TIRES AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOFF
본 발명의 폐타이어를 이용한 흡차음형 방음패널은 패널의 측면을 형성하는 강 재질의 외부프레임(100); 외부프레임(100)의 내측 하부에 위치되고, 차음재(10)가 압착되어 형성된 차음층(200); 차음층(200)의 상부에 결하되는 강재질의 보강판(300); 보강판(300)의 상부에 결합되고, 흡음재(20)가 압착되어 형성된 제1흡음층(400); 제1흡음층(400)의 상부에 결합되는 제2흡음층(500); 제2흡음층(500)의 상부에 결합되는 제3흡음층(600); 제3흡음층(600)의 상면 가장자리에 결합되어 외부프레임(100)에 고정되는 상면프레임(700);을 포함하고, 제2흡음층(500)은 흡음성능 향상을 위해, 격자구조의 흡음층 프레임(510); 흡음층 프레임(510)에 형성된 복수의 관통부(S)에 결합되는 충진재(520);를 포함하며, 차음재(10)는 폐타이어를 재활용하여 0.6~1mm의 크기로 분쇄된 미분말 68 ~ 85 중량%; 액상 우레탄 바인더 10~25 중량%; 난연제 3 ~ 10 중량%;를 포함하고, 상기 액상 우레탄 바인더의 중량1을 기준으로, UV차단제 0.02 ~ 0.03 중량%; 더 혼합된다.이 경우 본원발명에 따른 흡차음형 방음패널은 도 4와 같은 구조로 제작된다. 이때 흡차음형 방음패널의 내부에 소음에 대한 흡음률이 높은 충전재(520)가 삽입되어 방음패널의 흡음률을 향상시킨다.
In accordance with the present invention, a sound insulation type soundproof panel using waste tires includes: an external frame (100) made of steel, forming a side of the panel; a sound insulating layer (200) located in an inner lower part of the external frame (100), and formed by the compression of a sound insulating material (10); a reinforcing plate (300) made of steel, coupled to the upper part of the first sound insulating layer (200); a first sound-absorbing layer (400) coupled to the upper part of the reinforcing plate (300), and formed by the compression of a sound-absorbing material (20); a second sound-absorbing layer (500) coupled to the upper part of the first sound-absorbing layer (400); a third sound-absorbing layer (600) coupled to the upper part of the second sound-absorbing layer (500); and an upper frame (700) coupled to the upper edge of the third sound-absorbing layer (600) to be fixed to the external frame (100). In order to improve sound absorption performance, the second sound-absorbing layer (500) includes a sound-absorbing layer frame (510), and a filler (520) coupled to a plurality of through holes (S) formed in the sound-absorbing layer frame (510). The sound insulating material (10) includes 68-85 wt% of fine powder made by recycling and grinding waste tires in a size of 0.6 to 1 mm, 10-25 wt% of a liquid urethane binder, and 3-10 wt% of a flame retardant, and, with respect to the weight 1 of the liquid urethane binder, the material is also mixed with 0.02-0.03 wt% of a UV block. In this case, the sound insulation type soundproof panel according to the present invention is manufactured in a structure of Fig. 4. Here, a filler (520) with a high sound absorption rate is inserted into the sound insulation type soundproof panel to improve the sound absorbability of the soundproof panel.
