본 발명에 따른 재사용 가능 합성 파일을 이용한 흙막이 벽체 및 이의 시공 방법은 피복재가 내외의 이중 부직포층에 내입된 폴리머 또는 벤토나이트로 이루어져 콘크리트 양생과정에서 수분을 흡수하여 겔 상태로 팽창 변화되면서 고정되며, 마찰저감재의 외주면은 피복재와 접촉을 형성하되, 피복재의 외부에 충진되는 콘크리트의 양생 이후에도 분리가능한 것을 특징으로 한다.
