Construction method for reverse molded retaining wall between piles through PC construction method
The invention relates to a construction method for a reverse molded retaining wall between piles through a PC construction method. The construction method comprises the following steps that (1) a soil layer between the piles under a pipeline is excavated and leveled; (2) inter-pile retaining wall reinforcing steel bars are bound, and the reinforcing steel bars are welded to the steel pipe piles; 3) mounting and reinforcing a template; (4) reverse concrete pouring is conducted; 5) removing the template and curing the concrete; and (6) the next layer of molded retaining wall is constructed. According to the construction method for the reverse molded retaining wall between the PC construction method piles, a part of enclosure structures which cannot be constructed by the PC construction method piles due to ground factors can be effectively made up, the welding effect of the PC construction method piles and the steel bars can be fully utilized for steel bar binding and template reinforcement, equipment such as entering a site for spraying concrete is not needed, operation is convenient, and construction efficiency is high. The construction cost is low, and the formed retaining wall is high in strength, good in waterstop performance and smooth in structural surface; the excavation construction of the foundation pit is not influenced on the premise of ensuring the safety; the method has positive significance in promoting application of PC construction method pile type green low-carbon building materials in construction.
本发明涉及一种PC工法桩间逆向模筑挡土墙施工方法,包括如下步骤:1)对管线下桩间土层开挖、整平;2)桩间挡土墙钢筋绑扎,钢筋与钢管桩焊接;3)模板安装及加固;4)逆向混凝土浇筑;5)模板拆除及混凝土养护;6)下一层模筑挡土墙施工。上述的一种PC工法桩间逆向模筑挡土墙施工方法,能有效弥补因地面因素导致PC工法桩无法施工的部分围护结构,钢筋绑扎及模板加固能充分利用PC工法桩与钢筋的焊接作用,不需要进场喷设混凝土等设备,操作方便,施工成本低且形成的挡土墙强度高、止水性能好,结构表面平整;在保证安全的前提下,不影响基坑开挖施工;在推动PC工法桩类绿色低碳建材在施工中的应用上具有积极意义。
