CAISSON MANUFACTURING METHOD USING FLOATING DOCK AND SLIP FORM
According to the present invention, a method for manufacturing a caisson comprises: a first step of manufacturing a base plate of a caisson on the ground; a second step of transferring the base plate manufactured in the first step to a floating dock; and a third step of depositing concrete inside a wall to be curing and manufacturing a caisson. Moreover, according to the present invention, processes wherein the second step and the third step proceed in the floating dock and a process wherein the first step manufactures a base plate of a new caisson can be carried out at the same time. After the third step, a water pump and a generator are installed to add a fourth step which launches and tows a caisson.
본 발명은 케이슨을 제작하는 방법에서, 지상에서 케이슨의 저판을 제작하는 제1단계; 제1단계에서 제작된 저판을 플로팅 독으로 이동시킨 후, 저판 상부에 슬립폼을 설치하고 케이슨의 벽체를 제작하는 제2단계; 및, 벽체 내부에 콘크리트를 타설하고 양생하여 케이슨을 제작하는 제3단계;를 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 또한 본 발명은 제2단계 내지 제3단계가 플로팅 독에서 진행되는 과정과 새로운 케이슨의 저판을 제작하는 제1단계 과정이 동시에 반복 실시가능하고, 제3단계 이후에 양수기 및 발전기를 설치하여 케이슨의 진수 및 예인을 준비하는 제4단계를 더 포함하여 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
