    The present invention relates to a method for preparing a block or a board using stone-sludge and paper-sludge and, more specifically to a method for preparing a block or a board having excellent physical and chemical properties by utilizing stone-sludge and paper-sludge. The present invention comprises the steps of: mixing stone-sludge and paper-sludge; and hardening the mixture by agitating the mixture with a hardening agent.
