The invention relates to a method for preparing cast stone by using acid pickling sludge and solid waste, which comprises the following steps: proportioning the acid pickling sludge and auxiliary materials according to the ratio of 75: 25-92: 8 to ensure that the water content is less than 8%, mixing by using a mixer after proportioning, preparing the mixture into a mixture sphere with the diameter of 8-15cm, and drying and sintering the mixture sphere in a countercurrent drying furnace to obtain the cast stone. The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying a mixture, conveying the mixture to a melting furnace through a chain plate machine for melting, sampling and detecting components once every 1-2 hours in the conveying process, performing micro adjustment according to the sampling result, adding 1-10% of a mixture sphere according to the proportion, enabling the acidity value of the mixture sphere to be 1.1-2.0, putting molten liquid magma into a preheated mold, transferring the mold into a heat treatment furnace, and preserving heat for 1 hour, and finally, cooling to room temperature along with the furnace to obtain the cast stone. The cast stone provided by the invention realizes large-quantity resource utilization of industrial wastes, prevents secondary environmental pollution, and has better social benefits and economic benefits.
本发明利用酸洗污泥协同固废制备铸石的方法,包括以下步骤:将酸洗污泥和辅料按75:25~92:8进行配比,含水率小于8%,配比后用混料机进行混合,将混合料制成直径为8~15cm的混合料球体,将混合料球体放到逆流烘干炉进行烘干烧结,烘干后通过链板机输送到熔融炉进行熔融,在输送的过程中每1~2小时进行一次取样检测组分,根据取样结果进行微量调整,添加比例为混合料球体的1~10%,使其酸度值为1.1~2.0,将熔融后的液态岩浆放入预热好的模具中,移到热处理炉中保温1小时,再1小时退火,最后随炉冷却至室温得到铸石。本发明的铸石实现工业废弃物大宗量资源化利用,防止再次环境污染,具有较好社会效益与经济效益。
