TWO LAYERS CONCRETE PAVEMENT DEVICE FOR NORMAL CONCRETE AND HIGH PERFORMANCE CONCRETE USING TWO LAYERS CONCRETE PAVEMENT OF LOWER LAYER AND THE UPPER LAYER
The present invention relates to a two layered concrete pavement method to form a lower layer and an upper layer in a two-layered concrete pavement using normal weight concrete, and a high performance concrete is used to pave a two layered concrete by forming a lower layer of the two layered concrete pavement with the normal weight concrete having 40 mm or less of a slump produced in a batcher plant, stacking high performance concrete formed as an upper layer by shorting mixed concrete wherein bubbles and mixing materials are mixed with normal weight concrete having 60-80 mm of a slump formed by adding a plasticizer on a top of the lower layer at a thinner thickness than the thickness of the lower layer. The two layered concrete pavement method comprises: a step of forming the lower layer of the two-layered concrete pavement with the normal weight concrete having 40 mm or less of the slump using a first slip form paver; a step of forming the mixed concrete by mixing the bubbles and the mixing materials with the normal weight concrete having 60-80 mm of the slump; a step of forming the upper layer of the two-layered concrete pavement by shorting the high performance concrete to the top of the lower layer with a shorting guidance member to dissipate air contained in the mixed concrete; and a step of finishing the top of the upper layer with a second slip form paver to maintain a horizontal.
본 발명은 배처플랜트에서 생산된 슬럼프 40mm 이하의 보통콘크리트로 2층 콘크리트 포장의 하부층을 형성하고, 유동화제가 추가되어 슬럼프 60~80mm를 가지는 보통콘크리트에 기포 및 혼합재료가 혼합된 혼합콘크리트를 숏팅한 고성능 콘크리트를 하부층 상면에 하부층의 두께보다 얇은 두께로 상부층을 적층하여 2층 콘크리트를 포장하는 보통콘크리트와 고성능 콘크리트를 이용하여 2층 콘크리트 포장의 하부층과 상부층을 형성하는 2층 콘크리트 포장 방법에 관한 것이다.
