MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SALTPAN BOTTOM PANEL
The present invention relates to a saltpan bottom panel, which is manufactured using natural materials to be eco-friendly, is not subject to freezing during winter, and has semi-permanent durability, and a method of manufacturing a saltpan bottom panel, wherein the method comprises the steps of: mixing 30-80 kg of water, 15-25 kg bamboo charcoal powder and 1-5 kg of solar salt brine, removing foreign substances which are floating on the upper surface of the mixture after the mixture has been put at normal conditions for 20-30 hours to obtain an obtained material, which is the mixture with foreign substances removed, and mixing 50 wt% of the obtained material and 50 wt% of albite-containing red soil to prepare a glaze; mixing 35-70 wt% of mud flat soil powder, 20-35 wt% of while soil powder, and 10-30 wt% of red soil powder, which all have been passed through filters of 300-350 mesh, to prepare a mixed soil, and putting the mixed soil into a molding frame to pressure-mold under a pressure of 300±20 kgf/cm^2 to mold a saltpan bottom panel; putting the molded saltpan bottom panel into a hot-air dryer at a temperature of 150-250°C to dried with hot air so that a percentage of water content for the molded saltpan bottom panel can be maintained below 5%; and spraying the glaze with a depth of 0.1-03 mm on the surface of the molded saltpan dried with hot air and putting the molded saltpan with the glazed sprayed thereon into a firing furnace at a temperature of 1150-1180°C to be sintered.
본 발명은 자연에서 구입할 수 있는 재료만을 이용하여 염판을 제조함으로써 자연친화적임을 물론, 동절기에 동파가 발생되지 않고, 또 사용수명이 반 영구적인 장점을 갖는 염판 및 그 염판 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은 물 30 - 80kg, 대나무 숯 분말 15 - 25kg, 천일염간수 1 - 5kg의 비율로 혼합하고 20 - 30시간 방치한 후 상부에 떠있는 이물질을 제거하고 수득 된 수득 물 50중량%와, 소다장석이 함유된 황토분말 50중량%의 비율로 혼합하는 유약을 제조하는 단계; 300 - 350메취를 통과한 갯벌점토분말 35 - 70중량%, 백토분말 20 - 35중량%, 황토분말 10 - 30중량%를 골고루 혼합하여 혼합토를 조성하고, 그 혼합토를 성형 틀에 넣고 300 ± 20kgf/cm2의 압으로 압축 성형하여 염판을 성형하는 단계; 상기 성형 된 염판을 150 - 250℃의 열풍건조기에 넣고 함수율 5% 이하 유지되게 열풍 건조하는 단계; 상기 열풍건조된 염판의 표면에 상기 유약을 0.1 - 0.3mm 두께로 스프레이 도포 후 1150 - 1180℃의 소성로에 넣고 소결하는 단계; 로 이루어진다.
