BONDING MATERIAL COMPOSITION, BONDED NITRIDE ALUMINUM BODY, AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
The present invention aims to properly and stably bond an aluminum nitride sintered body to another aluminum nitride sintered body at relatively low temperatures without generating undesired gas. A first bonding material composition of the present invention is used to bond an aluminum nitride sintered body to another aluminum nitride sintered body including rare earth metal oxides, and includes (a) at least one from an alkaline earth metal fluorine compound as a fluorine compound and a rare earth metal fluorine compound or (b) at least one from an alkaline earth metal fluorine compound and a rare earth metal fluorine compound, and also includes a rare earth metal oxide.
본 발명은 질화알루미늄 소결체끼리의 접합을 비교적 저온에서 성가신 가스를 발생시키는 일 없이 양호하게 안정적으로 행하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 발명의 제1 접합재 조성물은, 희토류 금속 산화물을 포함하는 질화알루미늄 소결체끼리를 접합할 때에 이용되는 접합재 조성물로서, O 원소를 포함하는 질화알루미늄 원료 외에, (a) 불소 화합물로서 알칼리토류 금속 불소 화합물 및 희토류 금속 불소 화합물 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하거나, (b) 불소 화합물로서 알칼리토류 금속 불소 화합물 및 희토류 금속 불소 화합물 중 적어도 한쪽을 포함하고, 또한 희토류 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것이다.
