CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF JACKET STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a jacket structure constructed by selecting and vertically forming two legs among legs formed from four slopes of the jacket structure, and inserting a file. In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a method for constructing the jacket structure having a vertical leg formed thereon comprises: (a) a step of manufacturing the jacket structure formed from two vertical legs formed in a vertical direction, a slope leg having two slopes and a connection member to connect the vertical leg and the slope leg in a truss shape, respectively, to transmit the manufactured jacket structure to a site, and mobilizing equipment for constructing the jacket structure; (b) a step of pulling up the transmitted jacket structure to plate the jacket structure in the position under water; (c) installing a fixing frame and a walk plate in the placed jacket structure; (d) a step of inserting a file into the vertical leg and the sloping leg of the jacket structure; (e) a step of firstly driving the file inserted into the vertical leg; (f) a step of first driving the file inserted to the slope leg; (g) a step of welding and expending an extension file (1a) which was inserted into the vertical leg and the slope leg and firstly driven, and additionally driving the file; (h) a step of working for leveling the jacket structure; and (i) a step of grouting to a separation part between the leg of the jacket structure and the file inserted into the leg.
본 발명은 자켓 구조물의 4개의 경사로 형성된 레그 중 2개의 레그를 선택하여 수직으로 구성하고 파일을 삽입하여 시공하도록 한 자켓 구조물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 바람직한 일 실시예는 (a) 2개의 수직방향으로 형성되는 수직 레그와, 2개의 경사를 갖는 경사 레그와, 수직 레그와 경사 레그를 각각 트러스 형태로 연결하는 연결부재로 형성되는 자켓 구조물을 공장 제작하여 현장으로 운반하고, 자켓 구조물의 시공을 위하여 장비를 동원하는 단계; (b) 운반된 자켓 구조물을 인양하여 수중의 정위치에 거치하는 단계; (c) 거치된 자켓 구조물에 고정 프레임 및 작업 발판을 설치하는 단계; (d) 자켓 구조물의 수직 레그 및 경사 레그에 파일을 삽입하는 단계; (e) 수직 레그에 삽입된 파일을 1차 항타하는 단계; (f) 경사 레그에 삽입된 파일을 1차 항타하는 단계; (g) 수직 레그 및 경사 레그에 삽입되어 1차 항타된 파일에 연장 파일(1a)을 용접하여 연장하고 추가 항타하는 단계; (h) 자켓 구조물을 레벨링 작업하는 단계; (i) 자켓 구조물의 레그와 레그에 삽입된 파일간의 이격부에 그라우팅하는 단계;를 포함하여 이루어진다.
