CEMENT CLINKER GRINDING AID COMPOSITION COMPRISING THE CEMENT CLINKER SURFACE ACTIVE COMPOUNDS
The present invention relates to a cement clinker grinding aid composition comprising cement clinker grinding active compounds having a structure in which epichlorohydrin and a linear or branching alkyl of carbon atoms (C1-C5) or a linear or branching hydroxy alkyl of ccarbon atoms (C1-C5) are substituted. By using novel cement clinker grinding active compounds maximizing three dimensional disorder in molecular structure, isomers thereof, or a mixture thereof as the grinding aid composition, adsorption, dispersion, and lubrication action of clinker particles can be easily performed so that cement having high strength and excellent promotion of hydration and early compression strength can be manufactured.
본 발명은 에피클로로히드린과 탄소수 (C1~C5)의 선형 또는 분지형 알킬 이나 탄소수 (C1~C5)의 선형 또는 분지형 하이드록시 알킬이 치환된 구조를 갖는 시멘트 클링커 분쇄 활성화 화합물을 포함하는 시멘트 클링커 분쇄조제용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 분자구조상 입체적 장애를 극대화한 신규한 시멘트 클링커 분쇄 활성화 화합물, 이의 이성질체 또는 이들의 혼합물을 분쇄조제용 조성물로 사용함으로써, 클링커 입자의 흡착, 분산 및 윤활작용을 용이하게 하여, 고강도, 수화촉진 및 조기압축 강도가 우수한 기능성 시멘트를 제조 할 수 있다.
