The present invention relates to a rotary dust remover, and more specifically, to a rotary dust remover which preliminarily prevents failure of a rotary dust remover by easily and simply preventing an insertion of impurities in a front screen and facilitates the operation and maintenance of the same. According to the present invention, the rotary dust remover comprises: a screen part which is installed with an inclination to the bottom of a waterway to filtrate impurities; a chain part which is installed in the screen part and rotates on a caterpillar; a number of rakes which are installed to a chain part to be separated from each other and transport impurities filtrated on the screen part to be discharged; a front screen part which comprises a forwarding and retracting vehicle which is disposed in a stepped protrusion formed in the waterway to have its bottom higher than the bottom installed with the screen part and is able to perform a slide motion to approach the screen part or precipitate, and a pair of linking measures which are mounted to the forwarding and retracting vehicle to be moved by being separated from each other to upwardly and downwardly adjoin, wherein the front provides a rotary dust remover which operates the forwarding and retracting vehicle to upwardly and downwardly approach or be separated from the screen part while each of the rake parts which move from a lower side to an upper side of the screen part in contact with a pair of linking measures in sequence in accordance with the operation of the chain part.
본 발명은 로터리 제진기에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 쉽고 간단하게 협잡물이 전위스크린에 끼이는 것을 방지하여 미연에 로터리 제진기의 고장을 방지하고, 운영 및 유지보수를 간편하게 할 수 있는 로터리 제진기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면 로터리 제진기에 있어서, 수로의 바닥에 대해 경사지게 설치되어 협잡물을 걸러내는 스크린부와; 스크린부에 설치되어 무한궤도로 회전되는 체인부와; 체인부에 상호 떨어지도록 설치되고, 스크린부에 걸려진 협잡물을 이송시켜 배출하도록 하는 다수의 갈퀴부; 및 스크린부가 설치되어 있는 바닥보다 높은 바닥을 갖도록 수로에 형성된 단턱에 배치되고, 스크린부에 근접하거나 떨어지도록 슬라이드 동작 가능한 전후진이동수단; 및 한 쌍이 상측과 하측으로 이웃하도록 상호 떨어져 전후진이동수단에 회동 가능하게 장착되는 한 쌍의 링크수단; 을 포함하여 구성되는 전위스크린부: 를 포함하되, 전위스크린부는, 체인부의 구동에 따라 스크린부의 하측에서 상측으로 이동하는 갈퀴부 각각이 한 쌍의 링크수단에 차례대로 접하면서 전후진이동수단을 스크린부에 근접하거나 떨어지도록 동작시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 로터리 제진기를 제공한다.
