In accordance with the present invention, provided is a rotary dust removing machine capable of preventing pump damage by solving impurities stuck in a screen while blocking impurities flowing into a lower part of the screen through a gap between the screen and a shifted screen. To achieve the purpose, the rotary dust removing machine includes: a main screen installed in a front part of the dust removing machine to filter out impurities of a predetermined or larger size included in a water stream flowing along an open channel due to pump operation while passing water; a shifted screen installed at a predetermined distance in a lower part of the main screen to block a gap between the lower end of the main screen and the floor surface of a waterway; and a plurality of rakes installed to be moved along the main screen by a driving chain so as to discharge the impurities by raking up the impurities stuck in the main screen. The rotary dust removing machine includes a control unit controlling normal and reverse driving of a chain driving motor so as to stop the driving of the driving chain when detecting a situation in which one of the rakes reaches a position of being interlocked with the upper end of the shifted screen in the event of a switch connection for stopping the driving of the dust removing machine.
본 발명은 협잡물의 스크린에의 고착 상태를 해소하면서 스크린과 전위 스크린 사이의 틈새를 통해 협잡물이 스크린 하부로 유입되는 것을 차단하여 펌프 손상을 방지할 수 있는 로터리 제진기 장치를 제공하는데 있으며, 이를 위해 제진기의 전면부에 설치되어 펌프 가동에 의해 개수로를 따라 흘러 가는 수류속에 포함된 일정 크기 이상의 협잡물은 걸러내고 물은 통과시키도록 설치되는 메인 스크린과, 그 메인 스크린 하단과 수로 바닥면 사이의 틈새를 차단하게 위하여 메인 스크린의 하부에 소정의 이격된 간격을 두고 설치되는 전위 스크린 및 상기 메인 스크린에 걸린 협잡물을 걷어올려 외부로 배출하도록 구동체인에 의해 메인 스크린을 따라 이동하도록 설치되는 복수의 레이크를 포함하는 제진기 장치에 있어서, 제진기 장치의 구동을 정지하는 스위치 접속 시 상기 레이크들 중 어느 하나가 상기 전위 스크린의 상단과 서로 맞물리는 위치에 도달한 것을 감지하였을 때 상기 구동체인의 구동을 정지하도록 체인구동모터를 정역 구동제어하는 제어부를 구비한다.
