The present invention relates to an insulation manufacturing method using rice straw which is not harmful to the human body and is environment-friendly. The insulation manufacturing method comprises: a rice straw preparing step (S1) of preparing a stack of rice straw (1) which is dried and has a fixed length; a rice straw compressing step (S2) of compressing the prepared rice straw (1) in order to be compressed to become a mat form; a rice straw sewing step (S3) of sewing the compressed rice straw (1) in order to be integrated with one another; and a rice straw packing step (S4) of packing the sewn rice straw (1).
본 발명은 인체에 유해하지 않으면서 친환경적인 볏짚을 이용한 보온 단열재 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 특징은, 소정길이의 건조된 볏짚(1)들을 준비하는 볏짚준비단계(S1)와, 준비된 볏짚(1)들이 압착되어서 매트형태를 이루도록 볏짚(1)들을 압축하는 볏짚압축단계(S2)와, 압축된 볏짚(1)들이 일체화되도록 볏짚(1)들을 재봉하는 볏짚재봉단계(S3)와, 재봉된 볏짚(1)들을 포장하는 볏짚포장단계(S4)를 포함한다.
